Plan for the busiest part of the event
A guest count alone can miss a sudden line after a ceremony, meal, or game. Tell us whether attendees arrive together, how long they stay, and whether indoor restrooms remain open. Standard units, flushing units, accessible restrooms, and separate handwashing can be combined around the site.
Schedule around setup and guest arrival
If your event begins in the morning, discuss delivery before event day. Weekend and holiday delivery or pickup requires advance scheduling and availability confirmation. Provide a venue contact who can approve the position and identify the service entrance. For properties near the Entertainment District, pass along any venue-specified access or parking restrictions.
Keep guest routes separate from service access
Set facilities on suitable ground with clear pedestrian access. Avoid placing the queue across food-service lines, entrances, or emergency access. Arrange accessible restrooms and paths before finalizing tent and seating positions. Have a weather contingency if heavy rain changes the condition of grass or unpaved approaches.
