Wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant are different requests
Our listed equipment includes the wheelchair-accessible Comfort XL and ADA models including We’ll Care III and Satellite Freedom. Specify ADA compliance when it is required. Do not substitute a wheelchair-accessible model based on a generic product label; verify the exact model in the rental agreement.
Keep the whole route usable
Choose a stable, firm surface connected to the event by an accessible route. Check changes in level, door approach space, and whether queues, cables, parking, or temporary fencing could block access. Arlington outdoor sites can change after rain; the ground condition at setup must still work while the event is underway.
Plan each group of restrooms
The ADA Standards include specific scoping for portable toilet clusters. Review the official guidance with the venue or responsible project professional and tell us how many separate restroom locations you need. An accessible unit placed far from a second activity area may leave that area without a useful route.
