Quotes and reservations
A website inquiry or planning-tool result is not a reservation, equipment hold, or guaranteed price. Equipment, dates, placement, service frequency, and the amount due must be confirmed by the rental team. Follow the payment and signature instructions provided with the written order.
Payment and recurring rentals
Confirm the accepted payment method, deposit or prepayment amount, tax, and payment deadline on your order. Do not send payment-card information through this website form. If recurring card charges apply, the rental agreement should identify the billing period, rate, and authorization.
A rental described as 28 days covers four weeks, not a calendar month. Ask about minimum periods, extensions, early removal, and any unused-time adjustment before accepting the agreement. Delivery, removal, rush charges, extra visits, and other items may be separate from the recurring unit rate.
Cancellation, refunds, and date changes
Contact us promptly at (817) 328-6849 if you need to cancel or reschedule. Provide the order reference and delivery address, and request confirmation that the change has been recorded. A message requesting a change does not itself confirm a revised booking.
The applicable cancellation cutoff, refund amount, and fee are the terms accepted for your order. There is no single universal refund percentage or notice period stated on this page. Rush orders, scheduled dispatch, and changes close to delivery may have different conditions. Ask for the specific cutoff, including how business days or hours are counted, before paying.
Weather does not automatically establish a free cancellation or rescheduling right. Discuss the situation and obtain confirmation of any revised schedule or charge. If the agreed equipment or delivery cannot be fulfilled, contact the team to confirm the available resolution under your rental agreement.
Site permission and safe access
The customer must arrange applicable owner, venue, and governmental permissions for the requested placement. Provide accurate access information and keep the agreed route open for delivery, cleaning, and removal. Ask which charges apply if a visit cannot be completed because access is blocked or the site differs from the agreed conditions.
Equipment care, damage, and relocation
Use the equipment for its intended purpose and report damage, a tip-over, leaks, or other problems promptly. Keep people away from unsafe equipment. Do not move a filled unit, attempt repairs, or arrange unapproved relocation. The agreement governs responsibility and any charge for damage, loss, theft, relocation, or extraordinary cleaning; ask about any optional damage arrangement before booking.
Servicing and additional visits
Your agreement identifies the planned service schedule and included supplies. Ask for the first expected visit and the process for extra service. Report changes in use and keep the service route accessible. Additional visits and changes to the equipment plan require confirmation and may change the cost.
Pickup and ending recurring charges
For an open-ended rental, request pickup when the equipment is no longer needed. Confirm the requested removal date, any notice requirement, and the date recurring billing stops. The initial estimated finish date is not necessarily an automatic pickup instruction. Keep access available until collection is completed.
