Make room for the entire trailer setup
The trailer body is only part of the space you need. Include the tongue, deployed steps, doors, and a clear route for guests and the tow vehicle. A driveway that fits a portable toilet may not fit a trailer. Share photos or a site sketch before choosing a placement area near Lake Arlington or at a private event property.
Power and water are part of the reservation
Tell us whether the site has power and a suitable water connection near the proposed location. The assigned trailer determines circuits, plugs, hose connections, and allowable cable runs. Ask for those requirements in writing; do not assume a household extension cord or an available outlet can run the air conditioning. Generator and temporary-water options can be discussed for sites without utilities.
Choose accessible facilities separately
The four-door trailer specified here has step access. It should not be presented as an ADA trailer. Accessible restroom trailers and ground-level ADA units are separate options; tell us about your guests and route so an appropriate setup can be included.
