A private backyard, an association common area, a public park, and a street event can involve different approvals. Start with the property owner or venue, then contact the responsible Arlington department for the proposed activity.

Walk the accessible route before guests arrive
Consider the surface from parking or the main activity area to the restroom. Changes in level, soft ground, cables, door approaches, and queue barriers can make the route unusable even when the unit itself is suitable.
For multiple restroom groups, review each location. A unit on the other side of the event grounds may not serve guests who cannot reach it conveniently.
Keep permissions and site instructions together
Give the rental team the approved placement, permitted service entrance, and any event access window. Keep the responsible contact available if conditions change.
