Tell us when the restroom must be ready and when access to the property ends. Delivery before the event and collection afterward may be the practical arrangement. Ask whether that entire period is included before accepting the quote; do not assume a daily rate is available or that a longer on-site window costs the same.
Temporary facilities during a home repair
For a bathroom renovation or plumbing interruption, describe who will use the unit and how long the indoor facilities may be unavailable. Provide access notes for driveways, side gates, and shared apartment areas. The property manager or owner should approve the position and the route used for servicing.
Confirm the collection arrangements
Weekend closures, holiday schedules, and locked gates can affect pickup. If the property must be clear by a particular time, give that deadline at the quote stage. Contact the team promptly if the project extends; additional days or a new billing cycle depend on the rental agreement.
